Life in Nerja

… which I think is because I’ve just been overdoing it. When you think that since March last year, I’ve pretty much stayed in the house, barely moved out of it actually, and now all of a sudden I’m walking miles - much of it uphill - and doing things all the time, it’s no wonder it’s caught up with me a bit. One problem is staying up later than I normally would because as we’re an hour ahead here, the shows I need to watch to review are of course an hour later.

You’d think it wouldn’t make any difference - it’s just one hour - but it really does. I’m on Spanish time already

So today, Mike’s gone fishing and I’m just going to try to catch up on some work and rest. I think we’ve probably overdone the sun too. I’ve been using high factor sunscreen so I’m not burned - poor Mike is - but even still, again considering I barely left the house for nearly a year, to suddenly be outside in the heat every day is probably having an effect.

Anyway, I just wanted to show you some new pics…

I went this morning with Sophie to La Herradura which is just over the border in Granada. She had to run some errands so I went along for the ride.

Here’s a couple of pictures of Sophie for those of you who keep asking me what she’s like She’s lovely, inside and out!

The views from the road over La Herradura coastline are spectacular…

So, that’s been my day so far and the rest of it is going to be mostly sleeping I think or at least lying down chilling out!
